What is MiamMiam BOX?
MiamMiam BOX is a subscription-based technology company that delivers surprise French snacks, candies, food and other treats in a box directly to your doorstep every month.
What do I get in my box?
The MINI Box will include at least 2 full-sized items plus treats!
The ORIGINAL Box will include at least 3 to 4 full-sized items plus treats!
The MAXI Box will include at least 5 to 6 full-sized items plus treats!
The BIO Box will include at least 5 to 6 full-sized items including premium and exclusive snacks and more!
The CANDY Box will include at least 5 to 6 full-sized items including premium and exclusive snacks and more! Trust us, we'll be generous!
The GOURMET Box allows you to discover and enjoy 6 full-size, premium and gourmet food items from France. The food and beverages items you’ll receive in your Gourmet Box are not your typical grocery varieties.
When I sign up for a 3 or 6 months plan, is it all charged up front?
Yes. You are charged in advance the full discounted price for your subscription choice.
Can I choose the snacks I'll receive in my box?
Not at the moment but perhaps in the future. But isn't it more fun if you don't know what you'll get as long as it's awesome? Just like getting a birthday gift every month.

When do you ship? How long does it take?
We ship ON (OR SOMETIMES BEFORE) the 23rd of each month. We ship with USPS 1-3 Day Priority Mail, First Class, or UPS. The AVERAGE delivery time in the US is 2 to 5 business days (not guaranteed!! - meaning it could take longer sometimes for some people, so pleeeeease be patient). Patience is a virtue - just ask the international members!
International orders (outside US) may take between 1 to 3 weeks (in some cases a bit longer). For international members we may ship one or two days earlier as there will be delays. Each email about shipping we reply to takes us time away from working on a better box :).
I would like to send a GIFT to a friend. Can I add another shipping address?
Definitely yes! On your account page, just add another address.
How much is shipping and handling?
$3 for Mini, $4 for ORIGINAL and $5 for MAXI. Shipping a package anywhere within the US in 2 days (our average delivery time) has its cost. We pay $4.55 for MINI's, $6.60 for ORIGINAL's and Up to $10.55 for MAXI's
$9 ~ $50+ worldwide depending on the box and the country. At checkout, just enter your address and the shipping price will be calculated automatically.
What countries do you ship to?
For now, we are only shipping to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Austria, France, Germany, Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Netherlands, Switzerland, Panama, Portugal, Spain and South Korea.
If you would like your country to be included please shoot us an email at [email protected] International shipping costs an additional $9 ~ $50+ depending on the box size and where you live. There will be delays though, between 1 to 4 weeks (sometimes more).
However, please buy at your own risk. We are unable to refund or resend your box if it goes missing!!!
How do I find my tracking number?
Are you as excited as us to receive your box for this month? Good!
Around the 21th of the month we send out an an e-mail with your USPS tracking number attached, so you can zealously check when your shipment will arrive.
If you can't find the e-mail, check your spam folder or let us know and we'll be happy to look it up for you.
Just keep in mind that it can take anywhere from 4-8 business days to receive your box for the month, so keep an eye out for that mailman!
I need to change my shipping address.
I need to change my shipping address. To update your shipping address, simply login into your account and update your information by clicking edit on the Shipping Information tab.
You can only change your shipping address using the method above for your future renewals.
If you made a mistake or need to change the shipping address for your remaining boxes per your most recent renewal, please e-mail us at [email protected] before the box is shipped.
What happens if I made a mistake with my shipping address?
Since we print our shipping labels 5 days before shipping, please make sure the address is updated.
DOUBLE-TRIPLE-QUADRUPLE-CHECK. If there are any returned boxes due to a mistake made on your end, we will ask for you to pay for the shipping cost this time around.
However, if the mistake was on our end we will accommodate to ensure you receive a new box without any further costs.
What types of payments do you accept? And is payment secure?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. We never store or receive your card details - they are securely stored on Stripe (www.stripe.com), our payment processor. We don't even have a server.
When do I get billed?
You will be billed between the 28th and 30th of each month except for the first payment which you will be billed immediately. As long as you sign up before the 20th/21st you will receive the box for the current month.
For example, if you sign up BEFORE the cut-off date/time for the September Box (September 20th midnight PDT) you will receive the September Box and your next renewal date would be between September 28th and September 30th. If you sign up AFTER, then your first box would be the October Box (shipped on October 23rd) and your subsequent renewal billing date would be October 28th/October 30th.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You may cancel anytime by logging into your account. Click on “Subscriptions” -> “Edit” -> “Cancel”. This will cancel your renewal. If you cancel a subscription after a payment has been processed, you will still receive the number of boxes you have paid for.
I cancelled my subscription but I just received an email saying that a package is being shipped. What's happening?
If you've paid for your box, even though you cancel your subscription, you will still receive the number of boxes you have paid for.
So please make sure to cancel before the next renewal date for your subscription plan.
Can I return or get a refund on my box?
All subscription plans are non-refundable and will automatically renew until stopped. If you cancel a subscription after a payment has already been processed, you will still receive the number of boxes you have paid for.
Can I cancel shipment after being charged for this month?
Unfortunately, once a payment has been processed, we cannot cancel the shipment.
Can I just purchase one-time?
Yes, just go to "Shop" and choose your box or subscribe and cancel immediately.
How do I reactivate my subscription?
You may reactivate your subscription at any time by logging into your account.
Hey, I didn't authorize payment. Why did you charge me?
We never charge you without authorization. We mention clearly on our website and emails that subscriptions AUTO-RENEW (just like Netflix) and without agreeing to our Terms of Service, we don't even let you check out.
I have upgraded my box from Original to Maxi but I still got the Original. What happened?
When you upgrade your subscription, it does not upgrade immediately (you might have noticed we haven't charged you the difference). It upgrades on your next renewal date.
Do you work with Youtubers, Instagrammers and bloggers?
Yes, we do. If you are interested, please send us an email to [email protected] telling us more about you and your channel/page, including number of followers/viewers and your monthly stats.
At the moment, we are only working with US-based Youtubers, Instagrammers and bloggers. Due to the large number of emails we receive from influencers, if you don't meet our criteria or you are not a match for our brand, we may not reply to your email. Hope you understand and sorry for the inconvenience :).
By the way, we detect fakes. Been scammed too many times LOL. If you're one of them, you should be ashamed of yourself. Scamming for a box of snacks? Don't even bother, mate.
